Free Size Exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

We ship FREE of cost to our clients “from our office to your address” the requested exchanged products.

The client has to send the order back to our warehouse using local Postal Service certified or with tracking number of his choice.

STORE CREDIT

You can return your purchase for store credit and buy any other product(s).

As soon as the return has been completed, customer will receive a credit coupon code that has to be used within 90 days of the return.

 REFUND

We refund the price paid for the item(s).

As soon as the return has been completed, the customer will receive a refund email. It can take two to fifteen business days (depending on the card issuer’s refund-processing speed) for the refund to show up in your account.
