This top belongs to the Gypsy Army Collection showcased during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid in Feb 2016.
This Showpiece fuses the Spanish traditional dresses and the modernity. The ruffles remind Flamenco skirts and are combined with a tight short crop top.
