Everything happens for a reason. Life teaches you lessons. You may try to think why you always step on the same river. You can search within you to find some of the things that bother you; accept it and try to manage the emotions. You will come out of it. 

Tauro

Ay Tau.. has pasado por mucho estrés estos días. Y eso te está pasando factura. Intenta aprender a relajarte y desconectar, practica algún deporte o prueba con las técnicas tradicionales, un poco de meditación no te viene mal. Tú eres lo importante.

You have been through a lot of stress these past few days and it is starting to affect you. Try to learn how to relax, do some exercise or some yoga, which will help you out. YOU are the most important thing.
